No, our professional installation team handles everything from the exterior. We will send you a prompt notification once your display is fully tested and glowing.
What if a light bulb goes out?
Total maintenance is included with our service. If a bulb flickers or fails anywhere in Asheville or Weaverville, just give us a call and we'll fix it within 48 hours at no cost.
Are your lights energy efficient?
Absolutely. We exclusively use commercial-grade LED bulbs that provide a warm, classic glow while consuming nearly 90% less energy than standard holiday lights.
When is the removal scheduled?
Removals begin the first week of January. We follow a professional regional route through Western North Carolina to ensure all displays are safely handled and stored for next season.
